Umbrella installation

Umbrellas that look like they were blown out of their owners’ hands into a tree form the latest art installation at The Wapping Project.

The arts venue, in a former power station, teamed up with Veuve Clicquot to produce the brollies, above, which are the same yelloworange as that used on bottles of the champagne.

Goldsmiths art college student Sam Spenser created the work, named Bloom, which can be seen in an oak tree outside the Wapping Project.
