For the first time ever, taking place in a fittingly urban but inspirational setting—a former Victorian factory in Shoreditch – Factory 7—, Opera Gallery London & ANV harness the brilliance of 33 of the most important urban and street artists of our time. Together they pay homage to those art masters, masterpieces and muses who have inspired them throughout history in: “The Urban Masters.”
The exhibition will see a delicious juxtaposition of styles as we witness the artists exploring the “Urban Master” theme in dramatic fashion. Expect your senses to be overwhelmed with works spanning from canvases, installations, moving art, photography, pop-art, street art and much more. All the proceeds from the exhibition catalogue will go to Anti-Slavery International.
The artist roster includes: MAC1, Zezao, David Shillinglaw, Lek, Sweet Toof, C215, Joe Black, Nick Gentry, Blek le Rat, El Mac, Seen, Remi Rough, ROA, Shepard Fairey, Nick Walker, Mentalgassi, Da Mental Vaporz, Risk, The London Police, Alexandros Vasmoulakis, Ian Strange/Kid Zoom, Rone, Ron English, Stinkfish, Sixeart and Hyuro.
